Determined to find a lasting solution, she discovered Emotional Biodecoding, a transformative approach that uncovers the unconscious conflicts driving the body’s need to express unfelt emotions as symptoms, such as weight. 

Through her training in Biodecoding, Ariane learned that excess weight goes far beyond food and exercise. It’s the body’s way of expressing unresolved emotions, trauma, or limiting beliefs. By decoding the body's messages, releasing emotional blocks, and shifting deep-seated patterns, she helps her clients achieve lasting transformation — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

Sara Lilac is a Shamanic Practitioner dedicated to helping others on their path of self discovery and healing.

With dedication to her own process Sara has been healing her childhood and ancestral trauma which have made profound differences in her life. Sara continues to go deeper into her own process which is a vital part of holding space for others.

Abigail believes Emotional Biodecoding will transform your life and the world. She was drawn to biodecoding having spent her early life ruled by a seemingly immovable depression. Through biodecoding she became conscious of what this depression was expressing, through this new understanding she could feel the grief, and move out of it.

Until we learn to listen to the whispers the unconscious will continue to scream through our biology.

Emotional Biodecoding allows us to understand what is being communicated through our experience and biology. Releasing what has become stagnant in our lives and clearing it not only for ourselves but also for our ancestors, coming home to our authentic selves in the process. Gail had been on her own healing journey for years when she found Ayayni. Since then her reality has been completely transformed due to her deeply healing processes with Emotional Biodecoding.

Having worked as a Physiotherapist for years, Gail started to become disillusioned with the profession. She began to realise that people's pain ran much deeper than a sore knee or sore shoulder. She found all the answers she had been searching for and more with Emotional Biodecoding.

After 10 years of psychotherapy, being on antidepressants and trying just about anything to reclaim her mental health Amber decided to book a retreat at Ayani. She first heard about Emotional Biodecoding during integration. After listening to the stories of peoples lives and how they could be so easily and accurately decoded to get to the emotional root of the problem and stop the symptom she was hooked and knew she wanted to study this work.

While studying and doing the emotional work she saw how quickly the story’s we tell ourselves can be unravelled and we can begin to rewrite the stories of our lives and move into a state of conscious creation.
After seeing the ripple effect in her own life created by releasing this energy, being able to rewrite the past and process the unfelt emotions she knew this work needed to be shared with the world and became an Emotional Biodecoding Practitioner.

After a decade of therapy, self-destruction, substance abuse and dabbling in the sex work industry Eva decided to take full responsibility for her life. She has been through an intense, expansive process and initiation through the embodiment of this work, journeying through suppressed childhood sexual abuse. Eva has reclaimed her sovereignty, her innocence and her life.

Eva feels honoured to guide you back home to your truth, love, freedom and abundance that we are all here to access. She believes it is everyone's birthright to live a life of conscious creation and her mission is to share this work with the world.

Having struggled with depression and anxiety for most of his life, Emotional Biodecoding has taught Conor how to honour and bring movement to the trauma and emotions that were keeping him stuck and creating destructive patterns in his life.

By working on his devaluation program and psoriasis, Conor has come to a place of self-acceptance, allowing space for joy and love into his experience. Emotional Biodecoding continues to be a valuable tool in Conor's life, assisting him to navigate his self journey by bringing awareness to the symbolism being expressed through his biology and the subconscious to guide him on the next steps in his emotional process.

Conor is passionate about helping others find their authenticity through Emotional Biodecoding by bringing a firm and gentle approach to his work to support others in letting go of what's not serving them and allowing more flow, balance, and freedom into their lives.

Having worked many years as a trained medical professional, after which she felt frustrated and depressed, Jola started her journey with Emotional Biodecoding. It was as though she had been walking through life with her eyes closed, completely disconnected with her voice, buried deep somewhere in her lost soul.

During her emotional process and deep connection with mother earth as well as her work with plant medicines from the great Pachamama, she finally understood her essence and reconnected with her inner child. She believes that by reconnecting to our universal consciousness we can heal and bring balance into our lives.

Kate's journey of self-discovery brought her to Ayayni, after years of courses and therapy she had finally found a safe space to take off her mask and express who she really is. It has been powerful for her to learn how to integrate the shadow parts of herself and find real safety with this new tribe. Discovering Emotional Biodecoding has totally transformed her inner world, whilst she will always be on the path of self-discovery, she has found a permanent and enduring sense of peace, strength, and courage through this work. Receiving the tools to navigate life's journey in a more conscious, authentic way.

It is Kate's calling to support others in discovering who they really are and stepping into their power, by guiding them to take full responsibility for their unconscious programming. She believes this gives us the courage to live the life of our dreams, discover our true potential and why we came here. Ultimately, she believes we are all here in service of humanity and our ancestors.

Kate is passionate about people and building connections, with Biodecoding she feels people can change their current perspective and reality if unhappy with some aspects of their lives. Nothing gives her life more meaning than seeing others releasing their shackles and becoming the best version of themselves. Kate believes that our authentic self is calling out for us to use our time here to live to the fullest. She believes our trauma and our shadow are our superpowers. This work is a lifelong process not a quick fix, requiring radical responsibility, commitment and determination to show up for yourself, but the freedom you will find throughout makes it all worth it.

From his first encounter Liam knew that emotional bio-decoding could help resolve his trauma. He wanted to know more and heal more and so honoured himself by studying the subject further. It was not easy but the more he experienced the more he wanted to share this knowledge with others.

Liam believes that the work doesn’t stop and he is committed to continuing and deepening his own work while helping others discover the healing power of Emotional Bioecoding and shamanism.

Throughout her life's journey, Lorraine has dealt with diverse emotional experiences ranging from grief, anxiety, rejection, despair, anger, fear, confusion and stemming from these, has practised a variety of holistic healing modalities over nearly 3 decades. 

With Emotional Biodecoding she was provided with a gateway of self-discovery that resonated so strongly with her, as it allowed her to heal and release suppressed trauma. Releasing all the associated emotions with this trauma has enabled her to evolve to a higher vibration of love, allowing joy and happiness to shine brightly. She believes that Emotional Biodecoding provides such a grounding, beautiful and ethereal process whilst at the same time allowing insight into one’s own conscious creation.

Before she found Emotional Biodecoding, Nikita Purcell had studied in many multidisciplinary holistic modalities and continues to work with those methods as well as being an incredible Emotional Biodecoding facilitator. Her ability to tap into her own ancestor's messages, as well as her deep compassion allows her to support others in their own process through their symptoms.

She aims to help people in all areas of life to delve into their mind, body and soul.

Having been on her path for over two decades, Peggy finally stumbled across Emotional Biodecoding and found the most profound healing of her entire life. She has discovered her true self through releasing the pain of sexual abuse for herself and the ancestors who walked before her. She has made big health improvements by decoding her diabetes and is now in the process of decoding her weight disorder, both of these being conditions from which she suffered for decades.

Emotional Biodecoding has completely changed everything about her life as well as her way of thinking and now that she has completed the course she supports others who want the same for themselves. She believes that everyone can find their truth through this emotional process, which brings ultimate strength, freedom, and power to their lives and the rest of their clan. In short, she has a huge desire to help people in all areas of their life to receive the same freedom and power as she did.

Rosie began her journey with Emotional Biodecoding in 2022, which she found fascinating and was thrilled with the discoveries she made along the way.

When we have a bio shock, or experiences that we are not prepared for, our bodies hold the emotion of that experience. Because we don't release the emotion, it will usually show up as a symptom. This is our bodies trying to communicate with us, through the symptom. As a facilitator, we discover the stories attached to the symptom and guide each client through their process, revisiting past traumas to get to the root cause of the disease. Connecting with our emotions and releasing all the stagnant energy attached to the event that sparked off the symptom in the first place, is how healing can take place.
